RCIPA 2010 Fee Schedule

The RCIPA calendar year 2010 fee schedule is based on the CMS 2009 RBRVS schedule and the AMA 2010 CPT®. The RVUs are calculated according to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services October 2009 release of the National Physician Fee Schedule Relative Value File and have been adjusted for the Rochester area using the relevant Geographic Practice Cost Indices (GPCI).

Please enter your 10-digit Individual NPI (National Provider Identifier) to access the RCIPA on line fee schedule—office staff please use a NPI of one of your providers. If you do not have a NPI or need assistance logging into the RCIPA on line fee schedule, please call RCIPA at 585-454-1490. Note that the RCIPA on line fee schedule is only available to RCIPA participating providers and their office staff.

Please note that member benefits are determined by plan benefit structure and may vary from member to member and from employer group to employer group. The inclusion of any particular code in the RCIPA fee schedule does not necessarily indicate or guarantee the service or procedure is covered for any particular member.
